We recognise that both structural and systemic racism shape lives and opportunities. We are committed to helping dismantle these barriers through our work as a Place-Based Giving scheme, the local projects and people we support, and the partnerships we build.

Creating a fairer Kingston means understanding and addressing inequity wherever we find it — and this starts with how we work as a Place Based Giving scheme.

We know that building a culture rooted in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) helps us all make better decisions, reach more people, and work alongside communities in a way that is open, responsible and fair.

Together, as a team, we’ve developed clear organisational values through consultation that guide how we live and work.

Most importantly, we want our commitment to DEI to show in our actions, not just our words. We always welcome challenges, ideas and feedback from everyone we work alongside.
